Ukraine Grain and Oilseed Procurement Prices Show Mixed New-Crop Trends

Ukrainian procurement prices on August 26, 2026 reflected active new-crop supply and differing demand from processors and exporters. Average prices were reported at UAH 8,700/t for Grade 2 wheat, UAH 8,100/t for corn, UAH 7,500/t for barley, UAH 19,133/t for sunflower seeds, UAH 17,800/t for soybeans and UAH 23,150/t for rapeseed.

Oilseeds showed the strongest tone. Sunflower seed prices increased by UAH 73/t on an EXW elevator basis and by UAH 250/t on FCA terms to UAH 21,500/t. Soybean FCA prices rose UAH 600/t to UAH 17,400/t, while soybean oil increased UAH 3,000/t to UAH 64,000/t, equivalent to $1,240/t. Rapeseed prices were mixed, with FCA prices for one grade falling UAH 1,000/t to UAH 19,000/t.

Grain prices were generally softer in selected segments: FCA Grade IV wheat fell UAH 302/t to UAH 5,800/t, while barley at processors declined UAH 50/t to UAH 6,450/t. The figures provide current indications for Ukrainian inland procurement and export parity, although regional and delivery-basis differences remain significant.
