Ukrainian grain procurement prices were mixed on 19 August 2026 as exporters and processors increased buying activity amid active new-crop deliveries. Average terminal purchase prices stood at UAH 8,750/t for Grade 2 wheat, UAH 8,000/t for corn, UAH 7,633/t for barley, UAH 20,500/t for sunflower seed, UAH 19,800/t for soybeans and UAH 23,000/t for rapeseed.
The table indicates notable basis-level changes. FCA corn was quoted at UAH 9,000/t, up UAH 1,265/t, while Grade III wheat FCA rose UAH 767/t to UAH 7,400/t and Grade IV wheat processor prices increased UAH 300/t to UAH 6,300/t. Conversely, FCA sunflower seed fell UAH 1,250/t to UAH 21,500/t, soybeans declined UAH 867/t to UAH 17,400/t, and rapeseed fell UAH 333/t to UAH 19,000/t.
Indicative export values included corn at USD 185/t CPT terminal and USD 200/t DAF, Grade III wheat at USD 165/t CPT and USD 215/t FOB, and barley at USD 135/t CPT. The data provide a current reference for Ukrainian origination and Black Sea export parity, although regional and quality differences remain significant.
