Ukrainian grain and oilseed procurement prices on 31 August 2026 remained influenced by weak export activity and challenging logistics, according to GrainTrade. August agricultural export volumes were reported to be below potential, while wheat exports had fallen by almost half from the previous month, increasing pressure on the domestic market.
Average reported purchase prices were UAH 7,500/t for Grade 2 wheat, UAH 8,150/t for corn, UAH 6,433/t for barley, UAH 19,329/t for sunflower seed, UAH 17,800/t for soybeans and UAH 23,000/t for rapeseed. The detailed table shows notable movements, including FCA corn at UAH 8,200/t, up UAH 918, while FCA Grade 3 and Grade 4 wheat declined by UAH 325 and UAH 447 respectively. FCA soybean prices rose by UAH 1,367 to UAH 18,500/t, whereas FCA sunflower seed fell by UAH 250 to UAH 20,750/t.
The figures provide a current indication of Ukrainian domestic replacement values and crop-by-crop basis dynamics. Continued export and logistics weakness could affect farmer selling decisions and the availability of Ukrainian supplies for Black Sea, Danube and overland trade.
